What these terms mean
Everything on the pricing cards, explained in plain language.
- Website
- A site you add to your Skydive account. Paid plans can include multiple websites, and you can switch between them in the app.
- Tracked URLs
- The individual pages Skydive watches within a website, such as /pricing, /checkout, or /guides.
- Tracked page slots
- The number of pages you can show in their own page boxes at once in the live view.
- Live interaction pulses
- Small signals in the live view that show a visitor is clicking, reading, scrolling, or otherwise interacting with a page. Interaction pulses are not available in Playback.
- Live flow lines
- Movement paths that show how visitors travel between pages.
- Playback
- A way to return to an earlier period and watch how visitor behavior unfolded. Base Jump includes yesterday's Playback; paid plans include full-history Playback.
- Replay sharing
- Send someone a link to watch a stretch of your day in Playback. They need no account, and they see it play on the same stage you do, with the playback controls. The link shows only that stretch, never anything newer. Base Jump can have 1 link live at a time, for up to 7 days. Paid plans can have up to 10 links live at a time, for up to 30 days each.
Questions
What's included in the 14-day trial?
Every trial account gets full Stratosphere-level access: 300,000 pageviews/month, 14 tracked page slots, unlimited URLs, and every feature (Playback, flow lines, interaction pulses, replay sharing) unlocked. During the trial you can have 3 replay-sharing links live at a time, for up to 14 days each. Nothing else is held back.
What happens when my trial ends?
Nothing changes straight away. Your limits stay exactly as they are for 48 hours so you can decide without losing anything. Upgrade to keep your current allowances, or move to Base Jump, our forever-free plan. If you do not choose within 48 hours we will move you to Base Jump. Nothing is deleted either way, and you are never charged unless you choose to upgrade.
Do you require a credit card to start?
No. You can start the free trial, or use Base Jump indefinitely, without ever entering payment details.
What happens to my data if I'm on Base Jump?
Base Jump shows your last 30 days of activity. Skydive actually holds onto up to 90 days of raw data behind the scenes as a grace period. If you upgrade within that window, you regain access to everything, not just data from the moment you upgraded.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from your account settings. An upgrade takes effect right away and you're charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current period, with the unused part of your old plan credited back. A downgrade waits until the end of the period you've already paid for, so you keep what you paid for until then.
What if I go over my pageview limit?
You aren't cut off the moment you cross it. We email you at 80% of your limit, and if you do go over, tracking keeps running for a further 24 hours so a traffic spike doesn't become a blind spot. Within that window you can buy extra pageviews or move up a plan, and everything keeps recording.
How many websites can I track?
It depends on your plan. High Altitude covers one website. Stratosphere covers three, and Exosphere covers five. The URL limits listed on each plan are about how many pages within those sites you choose to track, which is a separate thing. Base Jump covers one website on the free tier.

Can I send someone a replay without them having an account?
Yes. Choose a stretch of a day in Playback and make a replay link. Anyone with the link can watch it, with no account. They watch it play on the same stage you see, with the playback controls. It shows only that stretch, never anything newer, and it stops working when the link expires or you turn it off. Base Jump can have 1 link live at a time, for up to 7 days. Paid plans can have up to 10 at a time, for up to 30 days each. A clip carries each visit's country, browser, device and traffic source. It never carries IP addresses or visitor ids.
